How to Find Us

Directions to the Scandinavian Library

The Library is located in the new construction of the Scandinavian Living Center on the corner of Waltham and Crafts streets in Newton, Massachusetts, 206 Waltham Street.

Bus - From Harvard Square take bus no. 71, change to bus 59 in Watertown Square, get off at Crafts St. and walk north about 15 minutes.

Bus - From Newton Corner, take the 553 or 554 bus to West Newton Square. After getting off the bus, look for the CVS and take a right on Crafts Street. To the left of Crafts Street is Lumiere. Follow the directions for Train.

Train - From South Station, take the Worcester/Framingham line to West Newton station. Once you are at West Newton square, a small business district, take a left at Crafts Street. On your left will be the restaurant Lumiere and on the right will be CVS. Walk up Crafts Street for 15 minutes until you see the Scandinavian Living Center on your right. The Library is located behind the old building.
